Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused items in its original condition within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Be sure to plan 2-5 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address prior to us creating a shipping label. If the package is mailed back to us for incomplete address customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee. Once USPS is in possession of the item per tracking, we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. If your package is lost or stolen we recommend you contacting your local USPS or file a claim online.
Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. If the item was purchased with tags on it, the item must be returned with the original tags still ATTACHED. Items returned worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke and/or perfume smell, altered, will NOT be accepted.
Shoe boxes are an important product presentation and must return undamaged along with shoes. This means you cannot use the shoebox as the main shipping container. Please place shoebox inside of a separate box or bag.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item we need to be notified within 48 hours for an exchange. Notifications past the 2 day return window will NOT be eligible.
Eligible returns we will be provided with a store credit certificate or exchange.
Storewide sales of ANY amount are final sale!
NO returns accepted on jewelry, scarves, beanies, any accessories.
NO returns accepted on picture frames, crosses, home decor of any kind.
NO returns accepted on brushes, cosmetic bags, or makeup.
NO returns accepted on purses or wallets.
We reserve the right to reject any item(s) returned to us that do NOT meet the above criteria and are subject to being shipped back to you.
We do not ship on weekends. The shipping center is closed weekends. We ship through USPS. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which is emailed to the email provided for invoice.
